Terms and Conditions of Use for the TrackMan Golf Simulator

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the rules for using the TrackMan golf simulator made available to users within [Name of the establishment].

Acceptance of the TCU

Use of the simulator implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU. All users must comply with them or risk exclusion from the service.

Access to the Simulator

  • Access is reserved for individuals who have booked a session and paid the usage fee.
  • Users must arrive 5 minutes before their session begins.
  • Any session that starts late cannot be extended; all sessions must end at the scheduled time.

Use of the Simulator

  • Users must follow all safety instructions and staff guidance.
  • The room is under video surveillance.
  • Only clean golf clubs may be used on the simulator.
  • Customers must use the balls provided by Plus Fours, and shoes must be clean.
  • Any damage caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible user.

Responsibilities

  • The establishment accepts no responsibility for any accident or injury occurring during the use of the simulator.
  • Users are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to cancel a session without compensation.

Code of Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the lounge.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour (violence, disrespect, damage) will result in immediate exclusion without refund.

Booking and Cancellation

  • All bookings must be made through the establishment’s booking system.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. After this period, no refund will be issued.

Personal Data Protection

The information collected in connection with the use of the simulator is used for booking management and service improvement.

In accordance with data protection legislation, users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

Modification of the TCU

The establishment reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by notice or electronic communication.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These TCU are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the Paris district.
